District 1 Annual Meeting! March 24 or March 26

Annual Meeting, Elections, Rebranding:  on March 24 or March 26
Mark your calendar for the District 1 Community Council’s  Annual Meeting!  We will have two dates – so we hope you can get it in your schedule.
When:

• Saturday, March 24, 1:00 – 4:00 pm  OR 
• Monday, March 26, 5:00 – 8:00 pm

Where:

• District 1 Office: 2105 ½ Old Hudson Road (SunRay Shopping Center)
• from the front -- down the “hallway” past Dickie’s Barbecue Pit and Blendz Barbershop;
• from the back – “entrance” to SunRay near bus stop.

 Who’s Invited:

• All who live in District 1 (renters & owners)
•  Anyone with a business in District 1

 What:

• Elect/Re-Elect Candidates for the board*
• Learn about our rebranding campaign, including possible new names for our district.
• Get an overview from our committees of what the District Community Council is doing.
• Hear from outgoing president Paul Sawyer on what we’ve achieved over the past few years.
• Enjoy food from local eateries!
