Land Use Committee Meetings and Information
The Land Use Committee oversees land use and zoning issues in the district. It has the authority to determine the organization's position on issues. This might include new developments that are proposed for the area, lot splits, variance requests on projects, and transportation.
The SECO Land Use Committee meets on the first Monday evening of each month. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are open to the public. We try to share the agenda a week in advance. Scheduled meeting agenda may change as different issues come up that need to be addressed.
During the current pandemic, all meetings are held online via Zoom. Links to those meetings can be found on the calendar on the home page. Note that you can attend a meeting just to observe; you are not required to speak or participate in the meeting.
