McKnight Road Safety Study

After a fatal accident, the community has raised concerns about safety along McKnight Road. Since starting this conversation, we have heard from many other residents about their concerns regarding the road - including car speeds and other pedestrian-related accidents.

As a result, SECO worked with an intern from the University of Minnesota to tally walkers, bikers and others who move along McKnight Road. Our final report will be used with Ramsey County to explore safety measures that (we hope) can be applied in the future.
