The Southeast Community Organization helps coordinate two community gardens in our area:
Priority is given to Southeast residents in District 1, than eastside residents, then St. Paul residents and lastly, Ramsey County residents. As a gardener, you may decide what to plant, and what to do with what you grow. All gardeners must agree to a working collaboratively and assisting with the overall upkeep of the garden. Gardening fees pay for the costs of water, supplies and services. Note, as it gets closer to the summer, it will be more difficult to get an open plot. But we maintain a waiting list for interested gardeners.
