Community Meeting
Tuesday, August 21: 6:00-8:00 p.m. @ Battle Creek Recreation Center (75 Winthrop St S) Join the District 1 Community Council and Councilmember Jane Prince as we learn more about the proposed changes for re-routing the railroad along Pig's Eye Lake. A representative from the Port Authority will share information on the proposal and the reasons why the issue has come up. We will also invite someone who can speak to the Mississippi River Plan so that both sides can be heard. This is an informational meeting only. There will be time for Q & A. However, no voting or decisions will be made at this meeting. However, there is a feedback from on the website.
