Staff Present: Betsy Leach (Executive Director)
 
Guests Present: Jaye Nida, bookkeeper
 
Call to Order:  6:30 pm by Council President, Paul Sawyer.

Understanding the Nonprofit Financial Reports - Presented by Jaye Nida

Approval of 2018 Budget - Presented by Paul Sawyer
Discussed, questions asked and answered
 
Paul Sawyer moved for the acceptance of the 2018 Draft Budget, motion requested by Paul Sawyer, moved by JoAnn Clark and seconded by John Slade.  Approved on Voice Vote. Patty McDonald left her written objection. Phil Fuehrer abstained. This budget included discontinuation of the print version of the District 1 News.
 
Approval of 2018 Work Plan - Presented by Betsy Leach
Discussed. Questions asked and answered.
 
Paul Sawyer moved for the adoption of the 2018 Work plan, moved by John Slade and seconded by Matt Barrett.
Approved on Voice Vote. Patty McDonald left her written objection.
No abstentions.
