Communications & Events Committee

The Communications Committee's goal is to increase community involvement with events and getting the word out to community members.  So far this year we've planned the successful East Egg Hunt in partnership with Conway Rec Center.  Spooktacular is still to come!  Ideas for more events?  Let us know!  Please join us!

​The Communications Committee meets on "To Be Determined" evening of each month. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are open to the public. We try to share the agenda a week in advance. Scheduled meeting agenda may change as different issues come up that need to be addressed.

Meetings are held in person and online via Zoom. Links to those meetings can be found on the calendar on the home page.  Note that you can attend a meeting just to observe if you like; you are not required to speak or participate in the meeting - but are welcome to if you'd like.
