- Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee oversees the financial health, personnel and general governance of the Council. The Council is funded through contracts with the City of St. Paul. We also seek grants from foundations for special projects, and donations from area residents. The Executive Committee ensures that the council spends its money wisely, meets the funding requirements of our contracts and our donors, deals fairly with our personnel, and obeys legal requirements of 501(c)3 charitable organizations. - Land Use Committee:
The Land Use Committee oversees land use and zoning issues in the district. It has the authority to determine the organization's position on issues. This might include new developments that are proposed for the area, lot splits, variance requests on projects, and transportation. - Communications Committee:
The Communication Committee assists with outreach and safety in our district. This committee addresses ways we share information between the city, county and our residents. They are also involved in planning events and including all members of our community in our work. Our safety efforts focus is on helping build connections among neighbors as a crime prevention approach.
